Customer Success is at the heart and core of what we do and want to achieve. The past years we have gone through a change journey, honoring our past and embrace the future.
To work and further support our customers in their success, we needed to evolve, to transform. While our building was changed into a Customer Hub, we also changed our behaviors.
We landed new rituals, we opened the new building and 72% of our building space is meant for co-creation with customers and partners. We have tried to capture our evolution from the new world of work to the new world of teamwork in this documentary.
