The Microsoft Power Women Awards are part of Microsoft’s ongoing commitment to inspire a new generation and invest in female tech talent. It has been a way to shine a spotlight on some of the amazing women spearheading greater diversity and inclusion throughout our partner network.

This year, we have received almost 400 applications. Thank you to everyone who put themselves forward and please, continue to bring your vibrant energy and perspectives to the conversation.

I’m delighted to announce the 19 winners who will be joining the Microsoft Women’s Leadership Program 2nd Edition, customized and developed by Professor Jennifer Petriglieri, at the INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France.

All of them have achieved success in their own careers and have shown strong commitment to driving inclusion for women and girls in the technology space.

Please join us in congratulating our winners on this outstanding achievement! Let’s celebrate them as role models for the next generation of female tech talent – to spark conversations, shape success, and ignite inspiration.
