Employee Experience is top of mind for many businesses. Now more so than ever – with economic uncertainty, hybrid work, and a growing interest in emerging technologies like AI, work is changing. There are new challenges and opportunities to be understood.

I believe that technology has a major part to play in redefining the employee experience. The Work Trend Index recently found that 56% of Europe’s workers struggle to find enough time and energy to get their work done. And 62% of people would delegate as much work as possible to AI in order to lessen their workloads. AI tools are coming at just the right time to help us be more effective, more creative and more collaborative.

It was great to sit down with Angelika Reich, a Partner at McKinsey & Company, to discuss these topics in-depth and explore how businesses can keep people productive and engaged at work.
