By deploying Microsoft 365 to its over 2,800 employees, Ineco, supported by partner Necsia, has seen a drastic improvement in productivity, with staff able to share information and collaborate in real-time, keeping in touch whether they’re in the same office or working remotely. The learning curve for these new yet familiar tools has been shallow, but, when employees do get stuck, two chatbots are available to handle queries relating to the software they are using, as well as the company’s security policies.
