Each year, IMAD requests the service of hundreds of temporary staff to deliver services to their patients. To facilitate temporary staff timesheets, a new solution has been developed: Tempo.
Microsoft 365 Power Platform: Manageable costs & highly secured solution
To develop this solution, IMAD has chosen the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and especially the Power Platform (Power App & Power Automate) but also SharePoint Online.
The Power App solution gave the opportunity to develop an easy and intuitive application to the temporary staff. Its integration into Microsoft 365 ecosystem helped to insure an easy deployment and maintenance. Furthermore, the application benefits from the Microsoft 365 ecosystem in terms of security, access policies or permissions management to name a few
Productivity & Time saving
The temporary staff can easily fill on their professional smartphone their timesheet, and professional expanses. They use a simple Power App for that.
The treatment of the data filled is digitalized, fast and confidential. It is based on SharePoint Online and on a set of workflows Power Automate.
This custom solution helps the different teams involved to have a better coordination.

By gathering all the strength presents in different services likes human resources, IT and finance we succeed together to build this custom digital solution that shows IMAD’s capacity to innovate as a company. Launched on the 15th of November 2021, Tempo is now available for every agency and deployed on every temporary staff smartphone.
