MJ Flood Technology is the first Irish partner to be awarded the Calling for Microsoft Teams Advanced Specialisation. This specialisation will help MJ Flood to continue to grow their customer’s use of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Phone System, and Calling Plan while also helping customers realise business outcomes and drive even more value from their M365 subscription.

The Calling for Microsoft Teams advanced specialisation allows partners with an active Gold Cloud Productivity Competency to further differentiate their organisations, demonstrate their capabilities, and build stronger connections with customers. MJ Flood’s achievement illustrates their continuous investment in driving Teams in the Irish Partner ecosystem.

Based on a recent Forrester TEI Study, calling in Microsoft Teams can improve employee and company performance and provides enhanced security, compliance, uptime, and mobility. Today, businesses need a modern voice solution that combines unified communication and teamwork. This will be a key competitive advantage for M.J Flood Technology in helping our customers to achieve this unified approach.

About MJ Flood Technology

With over 150 employees, MJ Flood Technology is a leading provider of total ICT solutions and services. Servicing a large number of indigenous enterprises and multi-national organizations in Ireland, the UK and Germany. The company has successfully reinvented itself down through the years by pre-empting market change and putting the customer at the centre of everything it does. M.J Flood Technology are a Microsoft Gold Partner and a Partner of the Year for Teams & Calling in 2020.

Calling in Teams provides the features organisations need to deliver seamless, collaborative experiences for employees, business partners and customers. Because implementation of calling solutions can often be complex and involves network remediation, Microsoft 365 service deployment, telephone number provisioning/porting and device deployment, customers need specialist partners such as MJ Flood Technology with this high-level of skill.

“MJ Flood Technology are delighted to have been the first partner to have been awarded the Calling for Microsoft Teams Advanced Specialisation in Ireland! This accreditation is a result of our team’s outstanding knowledge and demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Teams Voice Solutions. This truly puts MJFT at the top of the leader board in what will be the most pervasive solution for Cloud Voice across all customer segments. Exciting times!.

Says James Finglas, Managing Director.

One of MJ Flood Technology’s major success stories has been with Fingal County Council. When Fingal County Council realised their existing on-premise telephony platform could not support remote work they turned to MJ Flood to rapidly develop and implement Microsoft Teams & Calling Solution. “We approached MJ Flood on a Thursday evening at 7pm. By Monday, we had a Virtual call centre with service line up and running, all of our call centre staff working from home.” – John Quinlivan, Director of Service, Fingal County Council. MJ Flood demonstrated the ease-of-implementation and scalability of this solution that quickly and efficiently solved Fingal County Council’s challenges during COVID-19.

We look forward to seeing how MJ Flood Technology grow and develop their offering, specifically in helping to support Irish customers to adopt Microsoft Teams, Calling solutions and M365 Subscriptions to unlock the full potential of the Microsoft product suite.
