The event starts at 9.00 on September 9th and concludes at 17.30 on September 10th, so please plan your travels accordingly.
If you arrive the day before the seminar, you are warmly welcome to join an informal pre-seminar cocktail reception at Villa Copenhagen. During the evening, you will get to meet your peers and connect with your Microsoft hosts already before the seminar days

Airport

Copenhagen (CPH) Airport. Villa Copenhagen is located 12 km and approximately 18 minutes from the airport (by train).

Hotel

Villa Copenhagen has an accommodation capacity of 300 rooms, and we recommend booking here for your stay.

  • TRAIN: In Copenhagen Airport arrival hall there is a DSB ticket office as well as ticket machines. You will need a 3 zones ticket, to go by train (located on the lower level) from the airport to the nearest station, Copenhagen Central Station. You can plan you travel using Google Maps.
  • TAXI: We recommend using the app Viggo to book a taxi. All Viggo cars are electric cars.
