The event starts at 9.15AM on Wednesday, 25^th September and we highly advise you to travel to Copenhagen the day before and just commute from the hotel to the Microsoft Office in Lyngby on the day of the event. We have planned some hotel suggestions, please find below.

Close to Microsoft Denmark office is Sleep Hotel Lyngby. It takes 18 minutes to walk from the hotel or you can take a bus which will take 10 minutes or with car 8 minutes.

Transport to the event

TRAIN: In Copenhagen City Center you can take the S-train to Lyngby station:

• Line A direction Hillerød St.
• Line E direction Holte St.

From Lyngby train station there will be a 12 minutes’ walk to Microsoft Denmark Office.

Buy train ticket:

In the Copenhagen main station there is a DSB ticket office as well as ticket machines. In all the other’s station in the City Center such as Vesterbro or Nørreport you will find tickets machines. You can also download DSB App on your phone where you can buy tickets online. You will need a 4 zones ticket, to go by train from the City Center to Microsoft Denmark. You can plan your travel using Google Maps.

TAXI: We recommend using the app Viggo to book a taxi. All Viggo cars are electric cars.
