Em <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd-ilibrary.org\/employment\/building-a-skilled-cyber-security-workforce-in-five-countries_5fd44e6c-en\">junho de 2022<\/a>, registaram-se at\u00e9 16 vezes mais an\u00fancios de emprego em ciberseguran\u00e7a do que em 2012 &#8211; quase o dobro em compara\u00e7\u00e3o a todos os novos an\u00fancios de emprego no mesmo per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, atualmente, as mulheres representam apenas 25% da for\u00e7a de trabalho a n\u00edvel mundial em ciberseguran\u00e7a &#8211; salientando a grave escassez de compet\u00eancias numa \u00e1rea em r\u00e1pido crescimento.
