In this episode of The Artificial Intelligence Podcast, we take a bird’s eye view of AI in Western Europe.

Hear Thomas Holm Møller, partner at EY’s digital strategy practice, elaborate on the new ground-breaking AI report – a study commissioned by Microsoft in collaboration with EY. The report is based on interviews and surveys with 277 companies, providing a first-of-its-kind overview of how companies are using AI right now to drive value, and what it takes to win in this new world.

We can’t even imagine the things that are coming to us in the next 3-5 years.
– Thomas Holm Moller

In this podcast, Thomas Holm Møller reveals a number of fascinating findings from the report, such as:

  • Companies that are already advanced in AI are few and far between, with the majority hesitant to fully dive in, deliberately choosing to take a follower position.
  • Companies that are early AI adopters have a large advantage in attracting the right kind of talent.
  • And, in the more advanced companies, a top-down approach is being used to deploy AI, with workers benefiting from clear aspirations, direction and guidance – plus a company-wide belief that AI is suitable from them.

Hear all of this and more from the report. Listen to the full podcast.
