Mazars, the international audit, tax and advisory firm, has entered a partnership with Microsoft to deliver a comprehensive digital skills programme for the firm and its people. The programme commenced this month and will build upon the Microsoft Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI) with the aim of upskilling the firm\u2019s 3500 people in the UK as well as a growing number of teams globally with the knowledge and capabilities required to excel in a digital-led world.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mazars\u2019 recently launched four-year strategy places committing to the future with purpose<\/em> at the heart of the firm\u2019s ambitions. Through investing in skills which will carry its team throughout their careers, and focusing upon digital transformation across both the firm and its people, this programme will have a direct impact upon the quality of advice and service which Mazars\u2019 team can offer its clients. The Microsoft partnership will focus on key digital skills areas including data analytics, app development, information protection and cybersecurity, which will supplement Microsoft training already widely used across the firm.<\/p>\n

The Microsoft partnership is the latest in a number of ambitious programmes designed to foster a culture of innovation and digital excellence across all of Mazars\u2019 business areas. In 2021, the firm designed and implemented a Digital Skills programme with global education provider BPP, followed by the creation of a central Innovation team headquartered in a custom-built Innovation Lab in the firm\u2019s new London office in Old Bailey in the City of London.<\/p>\n
