The desire to embrace digitalization, change, and diversity has been pivotal in enabling <\/span>Ver\u00f3nica <\/span>to transform her family\u2019s business. Founded in 1982, autonomous mobile robot manufacturer, <\/span>ASTI Mobile Robotics Group<\/span>, grew under Ver\u00f3nica\u2019s innovative leadership \u2013 amongst other things, she introduced international sales, which now account for 70% of all sales.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2015, the company has grown by almost 30% every year and was <\/span>acquired by ABB Robotics<\/span><\/a> in July 2021. When ASTI was purchased by ABB, it marked a new era for the company, but also the continuation of a culture of innovation.
